    The most clicks?

    Probally deal and coupon sites, since people are lurking around for prices and are more willing to click ads.

    I think they pay like crap though.

    Quality over quantity

    well, I'd suggest you some site with much text information (ex. lyrics, stories or news ) that could make the people to spend more time on your site, which is biggest chance for clicking :)
