Hi everyone, I'm conducting a research, in the context of my master degree, that aims at developing a scale for measuring affiliate network service quality from an affiliate standpoint. For that I need to follow some steps, the first one is to interview some affiliates based on open questions. Interviews would be done via skype and recorded with « CallGraph », but only to serve the research, that's mean they wouldn't be published any where.
