I know that the resolutions centre takes forever to provide you with a refund so I was wondering, is there any way around this and to actually request a refund from a business owner through Paypal and not just through an email address on Paypal? (Because when a business registers on Paypal, they have to submit their funding/banking information)
if they want to refund the money they have to find the transaction and click on the refund link. there is no paypal email asking for a refund. filing a claim should be the last resort. when a claim is filed it puts a mark against the account. many business or people would rather have you talk to them before going that far.
