Asking about .TV domain names

    Wat u guys think of .TV domains in general ? Do .TV domain names have an edge over others ?

    Educate me regarding this please. Any information is much appreciated. :)

    .tv is great! its seen as premium as they cost more thank .com's as well... so no worries

    with equal backlinks and content, which would result higher in Search engines?

    They'd be matched as SE dont place higher value on the suffix - so its the same

    I have several .tv domains, too. It was hoped that, like .mobi with mobile, .tv would be the extension for web/internet TV sites. They are not bad, but I would rather have the dot coms. The extension is certainly recognized by most end users and that is half the battle.

    They'd be rated exactly the same. They might even get penalized for duplicate content.

    Search engines don't give preference for any extention, treated the same
