Asking about my forum status

I just want to ask about my forum..How could I direct it to a page where users will automatically view topics and threads without registration because the status of my forum is currently need a user registration before you could open the topics. I'll gladly appreciate your responses. Thanks

im not used to phpbb but there must be an open in the admin control panel to open section to guests
