Asking about Delete Egold account?

I have heard of this, and myself i dont believe that EG can close any account with or without balance$, without any refund of that amount. it simply against the law, you cant take someone's money or gold.

I think it's just a trick someone is trying with EG, to drive customers away from it. I didn't see the closure of any of my friend's account, among 40+ account with balance, they are still fine.

There are block issues for accounts with fake info or something relate to HYIP, etc..

 

belive it or not, but I've seen egold accounts just deleted (not blocked/limited).
When you try to spend money to such account, it says:

Here is an example: 4384222


e-gold is not what is used to be..

 

You are right, but is the account number correct ?

 

They cant delete, it means they took money away from us, it's illegal.

I dont see many posts about these things, so i dont believe,

 

Cannot preview spend, the error is:
Payee Account Number (4384222) is missing or invalid.

Any EG account when issued must be valid, the reason to be invalid one, is that it's deleted from the system.

What we care is the case, the reason, solution for that >.< which i'm trying to figure out

Yes, they delete some accounts, you need to mail them documents this rarely happen but they have one of the worst customer service i have ever seen.
