AskApache Google 404 not working

Hi, i've installed thi splugin but its only working sporadically :-(

If i browse to http://www.guide2prince.org/nopagehere - it fails to catch the 404 error

but if i browse to http://www.guide2prince.org/prince-discography/nopagehere/ - it works and correctly catches and responds to the 404


my permalinks are set to Custom: /prince-discography/%postname%/

Without changing my permalinks is there a fix?

any help appreciated

Looks like you got it working.. what was going on?

 

Not really 100% sure but it was related to the permalink settings... all seems ok now anyway

We changed the permalinks to /%postname%/ and then used the searchandreplace plugin to edit all the internal links and it worked !
