Have you try to buy list with co reg programs? or buy any ezine advertising? please kindly share your result. I'd like to try one of those but I better listen for experienced user first because it's not too cheap to buy the service. Thanks in advance.
The best way is to utilize every option available to you, while tracking the conversion rates of opt-ins with a paid tracking service or Google Analytics. Then from your tracking stats weed out the options that are not performing for you. p.s. Give away a free report. I did that for the site in my signature, currently have 120 subscribers in three days and growing. Make sure the report is half decent though...

Have you tried to join traffic exchange programs? any experience? I'm interested in a list building programs in my sig, check it out.
