    I use plugins wp ecommerce, but i confused how to setting shipping payment. i live in Indonesia and i want to setting payment to all my state on my country.

    maybe you should look at the shipping price list released based on shipping company you want to use then synchronize it..
    all i know the price may vary based on the distance of the location.
