You are asking users to break their agreement on purchase of a theme, not only that but if you use a 'stolen' theme on your website expect a lawsuit if the rightful owner were to find it. Using anything pirated is very unprofessional for your website. I wouldn't expect anybody to release any of their purchased themes to the public, that is disrespectful and improper.. Better off to stick to a free theme or purchase one of your own.
Not only is it illegal, but asking for pirated scripts might also get you banned here. If you can't buy, go for free ones, depending on what eCommerce software you use.
