    I think WP is more safe and better than Joomla, Most of people prefer to make their website in WP.

    No, WP is not good for ecommerce.

    WordPres is the best choice for eCommerce website. If you want to make your blog then you have to just download and configure WP. Minimal settings are required to run the website on WordPress. It is SEO friendly and get high traffic to ping difference services.

    Depends on what you need.

    If you need a webcart which is holding lots of products and no other stuff then Magento is the best. If you are going for a small ecommerce website with just a few products and a blog then Joomla, Wordpress or Drupal might be the best.
