I have some ebooks in my store that are in exe format, i am wanting to convert them to pdf as most of my customers seem to prefer this.

I have checked and i am allowed to convert, edit them etc, but i cannot find software that allows me to do this

    does anyone know of any???

Open the exe file as normal (enter the license etc.), when pdf opens in Acrobat, click File->Properties. In the description tab, notice two elements: File (in the very beginning) and Location (almost at the bottom). Go to that location and find the file with that name (found under File). It may be invisible, so you have to change your Windows settings to see the hidden files. Copy that file somewhere, uncheck its Hidden property, download this trial software: http://www.a-pdf.com/security/a-pdf-rr.exe , install it and use on the file (it may require your password or license for the file). From now on you have a nice pdf file with no restrictions.
