    how to create php websites with template engine???

    for example, with smarty template engine

    how do you want to manage the templates?

    user selectable, just want a template to use throughout an entire site? etc..

    Did you read the Smarty crash course and explore the sample application? If not, I suggest that you do. Also, do not expect others to help if you do not take some initiative to learn.
