ask: not all categories shown on menu

i have 8 categories on my blog and i want them to show up on my top menu. but, only 5 of them are there (the rest are not shown on my menu). i use heatmap v2 theme. how to fix this?

 

Go to Appearance->Menu and add what ever categories you want to your main menu. If you don't see them listed, create custom URL menu items, linking to the category URL's.

These categories are probably hidden because there isn't any posts assigned to them yet. It's just how WordPress work.

 

Assign one post to all categories and see if they show up in the menu.

Your categories don't show is the reason : You dont have posts in them.
Make a post, and you'll see.

 

i have posts on every categories. and, like i said, it's good now. i modified the css file...
