    If I were You i'll do this
    Google: "keyword" + "forums"

    Change the "keyword" with your niche. after that Install SEOQuake to know the PR of the forums in the search result. You have to check them manually if they are dofollow or nofollow. :)

    Can google and other search engine track our seo works, mean if we did it manually or automatically? Like directory submission, article submission, social boomarking and etc.. :)
