    Hi, my website is a collection of YouTube video, the video is licensed anime, I don't upload the video. So is my website legal???

    Do you just link to the video that is posted on YouTube or are you hosting it on your server?

    If you are using the YouTube "embedded link" or whatever they call it, you should be fine. If there is a copyright issue, they will remove the video soon enough.

    If any of the movies under any copy right fall, you can be sued by a person you has its Copy Rights.
