Hello , i'm a newbie here and i need a help from seniors here...

i have a few questions about this because i want to open kotak bank account and i need a few explanation,please help me

1. Is kotak net@card still avaible to paypal verification untill now?
2. What is the minimum balance to be transferred to kotak net@card ? (is 2$ acceptable ) ?
3. How much is kotak net@card loading fee ?
4. if i verify my paypal account using this net@card , will i get my paypal code instantly or a few days?

I don't know about PayPal,
But Kotak Net@Card works very well with AlertPay.
I paid 25$ through AlertPay + Kotak Net@Card and again succsesfully withdraw back to Net@Card.
I withdraw same amount back to Net@Card that is 25$ and it work very well.
Kotak Net@Card work very well for refund process till Card Expiry date.
