    You cannot escape the Google dance but you can try to avoid too much damage or effect on your ranking by practicing white hat method and providing quality relevant content on your site. The algorithms may change from time to time but some things never change...content, optimize your sites content and your website as a whole in a manner that you don't over do stuff.

    The "google dance" will stop only after the Google algorithm understands the value of your backlinks. Don't stop backlinking, just improve the quality of your backlinks and decrease the quantity. Any backlinking that may appear unnatural and potentially hijacking the SERPs will only increase the time of your drop and may even get you thrown out of the index.

    That is a tough one. I don't think you can escape it. Google dance is a phenomenon observed during a deep crawl of a website, during which the SERPs could fluctuate pretty significantly.

    I am agree with above webmaster views that you cannot ignore the google dance...It is natural..Google crawls all website to check whether it is daily basis updates or not....
