What is the definition of the dropped domains ? Supposed that certain domain is expired, does the domain directly become dropped domain ? or maybe there is another time until domain become dropped domain, for example : in the grace period or redemption period... A domain can expire twice... once as the registration expiration and the other at the expiration of the grace period. When the domain is no longer registered/held by the last registered owner, it has been dropped. However, dropped domains are often caught right at drop from backorders... a lot of popular domains are on backorder by many registars..
