[ASK - CSS] about 2 div, fixed & relative width.

Hello, I've been struggling with this for 3 hours, still no-clue.

I hope someone could help me.

that's the screen shot
those are 2 DIVs
on the right is float:right
the left = float:left
the right one has fixed width (200px)
and i want the left one has a relative width (that can stretch to browser size).
so I didn't put any WIDTH value, but that's what happen.
couldn't line-up together
