yes you can sell your Blog Post on your blog but it's must have unique content blog and have some good Traffic on your blog then visitors.

If selling the blog means selling the account (which it does) then you can't sell it at digitalpoint.
Maybe you could get around the TOS problems by creating your own domain, transferring the content to the domain and redirecting traffic from the old blog to the new domain, and then selling the domain?
