    try abit of social networking join these & bookmark your own sites heres a few to get you going - digg,delicious,linkedin,propella,twitter,facebook,my space,bebo,netvibes,readit. comment on blogs,spam by using differant email addys and names.

    you can sign up for a free trial of SENuke and use that to get some backlinks and then cancel after 7 days if you dont like it.

    1.write unique and quality artilces on other artilces directory such as EZ(PR6),or health articles directory(PR2),
    2. try write guest blog post on other health blogs,

    3. find other dofollow health blog and leave a quality comment.

    Free Backlink List

    4, submit your health blog and per health article to 100 dofollow bookmarking sites, when you submitted, just ping that submitted urls.

    5. try get some profile backlinks.

    even I am trying to develop a health related site Orthoped.org

    I have tried commenting on blog posts but finding good blogs with dofollow is a pain.
    Writing unique content is something I am going to heavily rely on.
