is adword same with adsense?

adwords and adesense are completely different.

 

that's mean adword is program for we make advertise? if true we must pay for that ??

 

adwords = you pay to get your site advertised
adsense = you earn money from advertising other people's websites

 

adwords are your ads that appear on adsense pages

I once saw my own ad on my own adsense page.
I wonder whether I would make or lose money if clicked ?

I'd be paying for receiving the click, but getting paid (less) via adsense for the clickthrough

You would probably lose money, because Adwords clicks are more expensive, then the payout that Adsense gives for a single click.
