    If you can check your virtual credit card account then you can you it with moneybookers. As I know they charge a random sum between 0.50-1.00 and during registration you should enter the correct sum.

    That's right, if you can verify the vcc account you will see a transaction made by moneybookers. That sum needs to be added for verification in your moneybookers account
