    You need to concentrate on promoting certain group of products and services at CJ. Study the products so that you'd be able to market them well. It takes a lot of hard work since you won't be paid per click.

    1. Try cj.com if commissionjunction.com doesn't work (and vice-versa)
    2. CJ will most likely accept you, BUT some advertisers MAY reject you because of your location
    3. Cheque, or if you're lucky (based on location), bank deposit
