    Hi, I came across a very similar template today. HTML5 responsive page. http://www.baribal.be/showpage/ very similar. search google for html responsive templates and you will find one similar

    Well the background changing while scrolling is called parrallax scrolling and you can find some free plugins in google, just type parallax scrolling plugin. The fading in of elements from the left and right is done using javascript. This is more self coding than a plugin but you might find something by searching a bit.
