Well, first of all highlight something on your site!
I open the page and see... only "Asia Newscast", everything else flow together - and I feel no desire to read anything. You need to highlight something to make a visitor start to read your site.

Second - I suggest you to change the word "links" to "partners" or remove that from menu at all. Just add a section "Our partners" / "Partners" or just "Links".

Next, and actually the most important IMO - improve your website's PR, increase the number of links to your site!
