I purchased a .asia domain yesterday - I was a bit naughty as i tried to sell the domain on their auction site ( and maybe a bit stupid ). the company obviously pulled the domain from the auction straight away. The have TM in the U.S. - i am not u.s. and the CED is Korea, where do i stand? thanks
If you're in Korea and use a US-trademarked name url, and they DONT have an international trademark on that name, there's little they can do.
its an auction site where you sell websites as well - begins with and S and ends in point Hey Markn26 - thanks for the "heads up" rep added
yup if off topic - eurodns.com - so a google search for "eurodns voucher code" anyone else out there that can give me advice?
I've checked the trademark database and actually they have trademark on that name , but it'll be hard for them to get it from you , i don't think that they will do it
