Well get used to it, geo-location and personalized search is the future of SEO. Soon your results will be different from your next door neighbor based on your prior search patterns.

As for how it works, i suggest go read the Google Patents on scoring localized documents because it's too technical for me to describe in a short post and i doubt many people would understand what i wrote any way.

well, I heard that before. But what would that mean to the future of SEO then?
Then you can never say "hey, I reached #1", because my neighbour then would
respond "what the..., I see you at #11, stop lying"!
how can a SEO do his job then, based on which results?

Yeah i know, when "everyone" starts seeing a site ranking in different positions they will have no choice but to measure the truly important factors instead. ;)

yeah, traffic counts, but then the old times where SEOs preach ranking
    positions would be history.

My site went through an seo opt service with a company 4 months ago and landed on page one of google 2 weeks after the original opt.....all white hat, clean honest work with a real guarantee.... no running and hiding. This service has over 22000 websites on page one, "every client" hits page one, I am there several times....

I am considering buying a franchise license from the company, and offering the same service.

I have over 100 page one placements with google msn aol and others.

    *I only have 480 links (pr0-pr5)

    *site is 8 months old

*20 pages (all on page one most in 1-2-3 placements)

I am looking for potential clients before I make the financial investment.

All placements will be guaranteed with 100% refund if not listed top ten several times.

    Licensed bonded and Insured services

I am a current Texas business owner who fully understands white hat SEO,

If anybody is interested in this service please let me know.

Sorry but to avoid the "stuff" i see above, I will start with US clients only.

pm for my url and current placement report.

I still want to know how much it would cost to rank 1st page for this term. It cost the op 1k for page 3, so would page 1 cost $3k? Obviously the seo guru that gave his services to the op has spent a lot on building links for the op, so one can imagine that it should cost 3 times as much for this HIGH competition ltkw.

Mr Pong- Can you find out if Ashoke can rocket me to page 1 for just $3k?

just two quick tips to avoid SEO Scams:

Every Service which comes with a pre-set price (before they even look at your website or estimate the competition and difficulty of your keyword) is almost guaranted to be a SCAM.

    Now this is worst:

Everyone who promise you a top 10 guaranted position and base his pricing on the "number of google results" HAS ABSOLUTELY no idea about What is SEO at all.. if you see an offer like that... you better run away.

    good luck.

Not to be a racist, but uh...has anyone here ever dealt with a legitimate SEO provider from India/Pakistan/Syria/etc.? Maybe it's just DP, but damn...I am so sick of dealing with people that can't put a coherent sentence together and expect me to submit payment for their "service".

ITalkCash. Ah yes, the same guy who wants to rank in the top 10 for the keyword "Cash". It amazes me how people like you come along and give all this BS about how "money is not an issue" and shit like that then when they have a bad experience with someone they bitch about losing a measly $1,000.

Now, here's the real deal, in your other thread you practically asked how much it would be to rank for the keyword "cash" and as soon as some SEO's mentioned $6k+ you immediately went onto the defensive and picked out the cheapest and probably worst guy in the world.

So seeing this thread and someone bitching about losing $1k then in another saying money is not an issue is quite funny.

If he did scam you, then good, I'm glad because it might teach you a lesson and that lesson is....

....you get what you pay for.

No sympathy for you what so ever.
