They entice you with leads and cj allows them to do this to hard working affiliates so imho screw both of them.

Ashley Madison does not even pay for sales (CPS). Once you get enough volume with them, they will just say your promotional methods are fraud (without giving any proof) and not pay you at all. Very sneaky business and give BS reasons for not paying per sale!! A very piss-off former affiliate for them!

Ashley Madison recently had a multi-million dollar lawsuit and I'm wondering if affiliates can join the class action lawsuit.
Has anyone done this? If any details please post.
There's a law firm in USA and another or two in Canada.
I don't know if the class action is only for members of Ashley Madison
or if affiliates can sign up. I was an affiliate, not a member and hoping to sign up.
Sounds like you need to look at your sales portal and see if your name was breached or hacked. Seems hard to know if your personal info was compromised, as an affiliates.
How can this be done? I didn't see anything in the sales portal but will check.
Ashley Madison is in deep water...I wonder if I can join, the law firm said it would be years, maybe 3-5 years before the class action is done.
looks shut down, my e-mail bounced back.

No company will pay you $42 for a free registration. There are set criteria. You need to read the entire offer. Maybe it's for a specific gender to join then upgrade their account to a preimium account.

What scumbags. This company is in all kinds of trouble anyway. Sounds like they were trying to get affiliates to bring more cheaters to their site.

It's a good thing none of you were able to succeed at this. That was a blessing in disguise. You may have wound up getting involved in their massive security breach with your name and personal info released to the public, like all the cheaters on the site. Then it would have looked like you all were cheating in your relationships when really you were just an affiliate.

Make sure you research these companies before joining. You just never know what kind of drama or trouble might be lurking behind the curtain.

Interesting. If you google "ashley madison email checker" you will find websites that allow you to put in your email address and it will search all the emails that were released to see if yours was one of them. If so, you may be able to join this lawsuit.

will try "ashley madison email checker" thanks.

This is a 578 million dollar lawsuit, it's huge! Or an amount close to this.
If any other former Ashley Madison affiliates find this, we should try to get the law firm to put us on. Even if not on the list that was leaked by hackers. Which I think technically you need to be on that list to join the class action law suit?
I called two law firms in the USA.
The affiliates should have their own class action that's what I'm trying for.

I think you should start another thread as the affiliate program you are complaining about has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. :)

As far as web hosting affiliate programs go, read the terms carefully. Some will only pay if there is an active site on the main domain for the hosting plan and if the main domain is not active, you do not get paid even if there are active addon domains.
