ascii to unicode problem when scraping websites

    if you want to convert for any reason a page OR entire site from one charset configuration to another one, you may have to use common default procedures to convert charset - unless someone else knows a different solution ...

    I figured it out, you need to add UDF-8 to the header to make it display correctly.
