    I want to buy real estate.

    How is it monetized?
    This site is monetized by selling "featured time" to tumblr blogs, who wants to get followers for no effort.


    How much time does this site take to run?
    It doesn't really take much time, i just visit couple of times per week to make sure everything is running properly.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    There is no challanges.

    I don't own a domain name, website or hosting. I have a few questions.

    1. How much do you earn per month on average through this website?
    2. Are you paid through Paypal?
    3. How much do I need to pay monthly or Yearly if I own this website? Like domain fees or hosting fees
    4. How do you earn money? through subscription fees, people purchasing packages and stuff like that or through AdSense?

    Nah, i won't. It brought me 9k with 6 months, i can't see why i can't get 15k for it. It could bring 20k in 12 months easily.

    I understand that this website brings in pretty incredible amount of income, but who here has 15K? You should be more realistic with your asking price. Waiting almost a year to make our money back from this website is not a good idea as well to pay 15,000

    I would go up to $1,500.

    $15,000 is too unrealistic for me

    Yeah, but you will never be able to buy a solid website which brings 2,000$ a month with 1,500$.

    I make between $1,000-$2,000 through another website and it cost me nothing to start. I would like to expand my earnings through other websites as well.

    I think $1,500 is realistic

    1,500$ is not realistic for a website which brings $2k in month.
