As an Indian user, can i pay someones paypal account with mine?

    Hi,

    as recently paypal restricted the funds received in the paypal account for bank withdrawals only, has anybody used or paid anybody else for services or goods since then? Can we still pay anybody for services or goods?

    I got payment from one indian paypal user so i think its possible IMO. Lets see what other indian users says.

    One is able to do the payment as of now... as Paypal is yet to implement the restriction on it. As and when it removes the facility, you would know about it yourself!
    My simple advice is... Do not be very vocal about it and use it till it lasts! :)
