As a webmaster, how to promote $0.01 per click banner?

    I have a banner that pays me per click a low $0.01 per click and incentives are not allowed.

    Please guide me how to promote such banner with Zero content and in the same time without violations of rules.

    Doing it right you would have to drive lots of traffic to your site. Best way would be to offer something else that will really attract visitors.

    ...there is another "bad" way that is in the gray area though, but that is my secret :)
