Dear you can get Credit card in india very easily with private banks like icici or hdfc also you can contact any agents in your area where you are living in india and can request him to help you.

 

visit an axis bank branch you have account with an ask for easy credit card

Min FD of 20k is required.

 

do you have an hdfc . icici b2 bank account ?
then you can make a net safe / vcc respectively.

may be ask other indian banks for VCC.
most of them have it now days.

then make one, and use it on your paypal account.
this will work like virtually you are using your debit card like a credit card

Thats a easy gold credit card. For easy silver credit card you need to have 20k FD. Don't know if they still issue it or not.

 

Get an add on card on your name based on your parents credit card. That is the easy way to get a credit card without spending a penny.

 

Same is the case with SBI Credit Cards also
