It means you violated the TOS on one of your sites, but they didn't ban you. Read the TOS fix the violation and email them.

They won't re enable ads on your site before it comply again with the TOS.
Make the changes and send them a mail to let them know your site is now compliant.

The only thing that I see is wrong is the number of ads packed in one page, Google has set a maximum number of ads to be placed in a page.

It's because the content looks like the ads, which is decieving not blending.

Yes, cut down the ad units to 3 a page and email them back.

Looks too well blended, your content looks like the ads ALOT.

    At the bottom see:
    "Memory Foam Mattress Featured Products"

    then
    CONTENT
    AD UNIT
    CONTENT

Your labeling the ads in essence ^ at least that's what it appears to me

FanAddict is right. Apart from the labelling as Featured Products which is disallowed, your content shouldn't be made to look like ads because it will mislead visitors into clicking the ads.

The same might well apply to the links on the left hand side, where your links look the same as the google ads, and even the ads across the top - so close to the text and headings just above - could be seen as misleading.

Since it's all in the same "content area" you should ONLY label google ads as:

    "Advertisements"
    "Sponsored Links"

Anything else is highly against their TOS - and yep that's what probably was wrong :)

Give the ad bgcolor a tint or something to separate it.

when the disable adserving on your site, it means they ban that particular site, but your account remains active.

This happened to one of my site, my account is still active and can still place adsense on other sites i own, but not the disabled one.

Now, I had 2 instance of this happened to me, the first one was they gave me a warning, and I forgot to make the changes so they disabled ad serving on my site. I then made the changes and they re-enabled the site.

the 2nd instance, there was no warning because it was a more serious offence (in their opinion), and it was an instant ban, the 2nd one was a permanent ban, where no matter what you tell them or do to your site, they will just tell you "because your site was found in violation with policy....the site is no longer elgible to participate in adsense...".. so for the 2nd instance, its banned for good...

I'd put a bit more distance between the menu on the left-hand side and the ads below that.

Also - from a content perspective. I'd ditch the second row of pictures on the top - as well as the descriptions to those pictures. They serve no purpose whatsoever, except to trick people into clicking the ads below that. It's definitely skirting the line as far as google TOS is concerned.

your 4 pics with the tiny text/titles below
    Memory Foam Mattress
    Memory Foam Pillows
    Memory Foam Toppers
    Memory Foam Bed Set

NONE oif these texts has a link to a section on your page - hence every professional knows that the only idea behind that was to create an MFA site and deceiving ppl by making them think that the adsense links below are part of your text/image above

since you know exactly how to deceive ppl and create an MFA site - you also will know exactly how to read and properly interprete G TOS to create a true content site well within G TOS !

your question sounds like from an innocent cherry boy - but your professional layout as MFA site shows that you know very well what you do and how you did it

stop deceiving ppl and be part of the honest world of content creating publishers and one day G will re-accept your site again. adsense is for content publishers - because adsense is intended to be of real additional income value to adword users !! sites / ads like on your site creates additional clicks/wast of advertising budget by adword users because ppl clicking on that link belief to find free information first and above all
