Hello I have been the owner of ArticlesPlus.com for several years now and would love to get some appraisal feedback from anyone of you. Back in 2011, I received an offer of $1,325 through a GoDaddy auction, which I turned down. Recently, ArticlesPlus.com has skyrocketed in valuation according to Estibot.com. The valuation by Estibot is $22,000...which seems quite inflated. Any idea what this domain might be worth? (not interested in "whatever the buyer is willing to pay" - getting really old!) Thanks, Yev
Beware of trusting estibot appraisals. They're far from accurate and severely flawed. If you would like to buy some domains at 10% of their estibot appraisal, I will sell some to you sigh unseen! In my opinion, that $1325 offer is as high as you can expect to get for this domain. If an offer half that good comes along again, start an auction and cash out. There are numerous alternatives to this particular domain name, which are usually cheaper; and most buyers will know that. If you get a buyer who's dead set on getting your domain -- enough to offer $1325 -- celebrate.
