    I've been submitting articles to Articlebase and I did not know that they are nofollow... what a bummer.

    I also made a lot of submission and now I come to know that articlebase in NOFOLLOW site.... Ohhh god please help to find more ways to get back links....:confused:

    I just found out this problem, that's my first articles to articlesbase.com, then i saw the "nofollow", anyway, it reduces my passion to submit to this site later, whatever you'll say it's useful to your traffic or maybe other guys give you some links back, i dont look forward to that. i just grasp what i can.

    So, consider giving it up.

    It looks natural anyway to get nofollow and dofollow links. If you only get 100% dofollow backlinks it will look suspicious to google.

    You shouldn't be worried about just getting dofollow links. No follow links will help your link profile and make your site look more normal than going out and getting 100% dofollow links - that would be very unnatural.

    Using articles only to get backlinks is probably not a very effective way to build links - it's too slow.

    Make sure you always use articles for BOTH traffic generation and backlinks. If you write quality articles you WILL get published which is where you really get a lot of links from.

    Apart from that, I don't think you should be too worried about getting some NOFOLLOW links in your link profile - it's much more natural and some still speculate that they actually do count...but lets' not get into that discussion for now:)

    That undisclosed practice defeats the purpose of the article and, at the same time, allows Articlesbase to syndicate the article with their name on it and reduce its exposure depending on when published and indexed.

    I believe the practice should be UP FRONT and FULLY DISCLOSED to authors. Otherwise, they are capitalizing on the naievete of those not fully informed just like the banks with the fine print in the credit card terms.

    I got the same pie .... i found today ( from another source that they use nofollow ) , ived started my own article direcotry but its on the same ip so it dosnt help me much .:) buy i will find another one . they sure dosnt deserve what they achived

    They have a plus couse many of my articles were syndicated by alot of websites , thats good
