Articlesbase (and other bad article directories)

Just an FYI for anyone using articles to boost their visibility...

I was surprised to sign up for the $37 a month submityourarticle dot com site here and see that directory is submitting articles to article directories like articlebase that use nofollow: E.g., here's the articlebase "link" I got.

    <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.llcsexplained.com ">limited liability corporation</a>

I sort of thought I remembered in past that articlebase gave you followable links.

I would guess that any re-cyclers of the article would also in end (perhaps accidently?) have nofollow links.

I also would have thought that an article submission service wouldn't waste time with "nofollow" sites.

Two link development disappointments in the same day. Ugh. Guess I'll cancel my subscription to submityourarticle and guess I'll also go through the directories I've used in past and verify that my articles aren't in nofollow article directories.

I have used Article Marketer for mass submissions but never really bothered to check how many are no follow links. I just submitted a couple of articles through isnare as a test.
I have a couple of article directories, Articlesaur and Articlegimp. Not much pr juice there yet but if you want to add them to your list to submit your articles feel free to do so anytime. I am generally picky about what I approve, especially on Articlesaur. Unlike a lot of others that approve everything, I like quality over quantity.

isnare, though, doesn't let you specify anchor text, right? I mean, not unless, you pay extra?

what I would love is some service that submits to, say, most of the hundred article directories people are regularly sharing...

grooveman, thanks, btw, for offer, I'll get on that...

If they are in nofollow now, don't worry about it, it'll give you an MSN boost.... don't submit for the future, but don't go in and delete any that may have turned nofollow.

I do agree that an article submit company shouldn't waste their time and your money with nofollow links.

I am a huge fan of submityourarticle.com I started using this service last October and I
have been very happy with the results. I also have an account at article marketer but
I have gotten much better results with submityourarticle.com. I think you should continue
to use the service, give it some time before you cancel your subscription.
