So...5-7 hours per week for 1,200 words? Agreed, there's a bit of other work involved, but I really can't see 1,200 carefully researched words taking 5-7 hours. The requirement for being available for 8 hours a day also seems a bit much. I'm not planning on taking the position, but I'm just letting you know my views on your offer.
