I have a real estate related web site www.mcnabs.com. I created a page called "real estate news" an on that page I have been creating links to pages were I put a small summery of a news article and then a link to the article. How will this effect my Google rankings? I have a link to this page almost at the bottom of my hopme page.

Its a nice idea but perhaps you should implement it slightly differently, I would have you links go directly to the latest news rather then a list of dates, and place the option to look at older entries in the right hand side.

Are you doing this all by hand?

Yes, kind of. I get these pages in an email almost every day. I just cut and paste.
