    how long has the site been banned suspended for? how much bandwidth / hdd / resources does this need to run? can you link up google analytics so we can see the traffic stats?

    you can start with VPS hosting 2GB ram, mainly there is text so you don't need a much HDD. 1GB is enough and unlimited bandwidth.

    website is closed due to heavy server load from past 6 month so i have nothing. and i have a backup file but i don't know it has enough data.
