Active Links is installed and can support contextual ads throughout the site.

The site logo is 100% unique. It was actually designed by a DP member.

Reason for selling:

I have too many sites on the go and need to clear out some of my portfolio. Time to pass this site on to someone who can give it more attention than I'm currently able to.

Does the site have any revenue? Are any of the articles unique?

 

@benitez17 - Many of the article are unique, however I'm sure some of the members do submit to multiple sites. As for revenue, I make a few dollars off of adsense and the hostgator affiliate pays $50 per signup. This site isn't making a fortune by any means but it has decent potential. Due to the varied revenue I'm selling it pretty cheap even though the site is well aged.

Are these members real, or is it a database ?

have they opted to sign up on this website., do you have there emails ?

 

@Mr. M - Traffic comes from SE ie Google, Yahoo, Bing.

@theyoungpretender - Members are real and yes we have their emails, the site sends out a newsletter now and then.

 

Do you have emails for all members?

Do you check for valid email when they submit their email?

Most importantly what are your traffic stats? Please post proof of traffic

 

Yes, every member has to register with an email. The members credentials are then sent out to them via email. I don't sift through them manually but we have good results with our newsletter.

Why is the site PR0 if it's an aged domain??

Regarding pagerank - While older domains tend to do better with regard to serp, I think perhaps you have been misinformed about pagerank. Google does not give out pagerank to a domain simply because its aged.
