hello friends i have been working on my new project stayhot.net for a while, where m gonna write some articles on health, lifestyle related products, gadgets etc...........i have several magazines on this kinda topic and this topics matches perfectly with my niche.

for example there's one topic called "Eating late makes you put on weight" which is indeed a very good topic and i want my visitors to read it on my website.....i have read the whole article and i wanted to write it in my own way, will it be legal because the concept was not mine but really its common to have your dinner early........

secondly if i write my article how can i check its uniqueness

i seen many people here stating that there articles have 100% passed copyscape, HOW CAN I DO THAT, I HAVE NO IDEA

    help people

You can reference it. Use a couple lines, but that is really all you can do. You can use facts. Don't use the same title though.

Please search this section. This issue has been addressed multiple times in the past. Rewording an article is not legal - it's a derivative work, and still falls under copyright infringement. You need permission.
