Anyone know of some good, free templates for the articles of organization? I need one for a single-member, LLC.

Your Secretary of State should have the paperwork to complete. Just request a copy. Many, like Nevada, are online and have all the forms ready to go.

    Thanks!

What about the Operating Agreement? Do you know where to find that?

I don't know where online. First, check the SOS website for the state you need. After that, I would venture into your local bookstore with a pen and writing pad. Go to the business section and find a book on LLCs. Copy the form or info you need in a comfortable chair or at a table and return the book to the shelf.

Many attorneys that specialize in incorporation will have standard operating agreements that they just use as a template and fill in when they incorporate you. Some of them will sell you this blank template for a nominal fee. Can't hurt to ask around.
