Articles Needed - About Simultaneous Closings (Title / Real Estate)

    Articles Needed - About Simultaneous Closings
    Description: I need 3 separate detailed articles of the following topics

    * Simultaneous Closings (also known as Double Closings)

    * A Wet Closing (where the 1st buyer funds and closes his/her
    transaction then the 2nd buyer funds and closes theirs.)

    * A Dry Closing (where the 2nd buyer funds and closes their
    transaction and the 1st buyer doesn't bring funds but uses the
    proceeds of the 2nd buyer)

    The articles are to be related to closing a residential property
    at a title company (or with an attorney in states where attorneys
    are required). These types of closings can occur when you have
    different situations. Here are only 3 for example:
    - 2 separate Purchase and Sale Agreements
    - an option agreement and a Purchase and Sale Agreement
    - a Land-Sale Real Estate Contract and a Purchase and Sale Agreement

    Please, only PM f you are intimately familiar with all 3 of these topics.

    Each article needs to have an article title and sub-title and contain the following information:

    * The parties involved
    * How to do
    * The benefits / advantages of
    * The pitfalls of
    * A walkthru or example of

    I am not familiar with this topic area, although if you still need the articles written, then I can research into the topics and write up articles based on $0.05 per word or priced per article if preferred.

    I am a native English writer with a high standard of spelling and grammar. At this time I do not have a specialist area and that is why my rates are low.
