Articles Directory getting 50-100 unique vistors per day FOR SALE (going cheap)

I'm selling my articles directory which is about 2 years old and gets 50-100 unique vistors per day.
The website is showing a "out of memory error" for the past 1-2 weeks since it is using up a lot of server resources and my shared hosting service lets me use only 1% of server resources.
The new owner will have to change to a different host or upgrade to a higher plan.
The articles directory has over 50,000 pages and gets about 100 new articles every day.

I removed adsense because of the "out of memory" error. When I used to run adsense, I used to make about $1 per day. The main revenue however is from selling links.
Till last month I was selling a couple of sitewide links for $10 per month. However, due to the "out of memory" error I aked the advertisers not to renew this month.
