Hi all, I am experimenting with this new concept. You post an article to the website and put your AdSense code in that article. Other people can then become your "affiliates" and put their own AdSense code in the article they are promoting. So the product is "articles" and the commission is "ad spaces". Do you see any problems with this concept? I have just implemented it at http://yonda.org Sample article: http://yonda.org/1/put-your-adsense-here.htm I wanted to host a contest to make this concept popular, but I think I will wait until the website is well-received (if it ever will). Let's see the reactions first
Not quite sure I get the whole concept but a few questions. For Affiliates : Why not just market my own article or copy the article and get 100%? For Publishers : Further to the above item and minimal response of affilaites, why not just post the article on my own site and market it. Maybe I am missing something
the advantage of this concept lies in the "affiliates". if you market your own articles, you have to do all the efforts by yourself (and you keep 100% ad-revenue). but if you recruit some affiliates to promote your articles (using this concept), the efforts are done by many people (although the ad-revenue is shared). as an article author you get free marketers and you pay them using the ad-space. as an affiliate you get free content to put your ad in. now, why don't you just copy the article and post it on your own site? it is possible but you have to do all work by yourself. as an affiliate you can recruit other affiliates (to promote the same article) and your ad-unit will still be shown on the article. A recruits B, B recruits C, C recruits D, and so on....
intersting concept. We offer to pay ghost writers to help our affilaites with content. but another way to help monitize traffic.
