articledashboard gone paid submissions?

    Just wondered if others have experienced this, I have been publishing articles on the above site and now I see a PAY NOW for instant approval button, but I have over 12 articles that have not been reviewed from 15th October...does this mean articledashboard is not publishing artilces unless you pay?

    I have emailed them twice over the last week - NO RESPONSE - prity poor in my experience.

    All I know the site seems so slow now I can hardly get it to upload at all.
