We are selling this site due to other interests, site upkeep is approx 30 mins per day.This site is powered by PHP/MySQL using the "free" Article Dashboard software. We currently run this site from a shared IP hosting account. The script has had no impact on the server or its resources.

New owner can arrange for their own hosting or contact our host and possibly continue hosting with them. (we use postasite.net) New owner must let us know if they intend to contact our host or use another company.

Articleaddict.com has been customized using CSS and configured to use Adsense. The site was officially launched Jan 2006 and has had a little bit of SEO done. The fresh article content comes from direct author sign-ups and one article submission service.


As can be seen from the awstats provided the site has been steadily growing since Jan. 2006.

Articleaddict.com has 521 quality articles and 401 authors have signed-up to-date. All sign-ups are through an opt-in/verified system.

will u push the domain to godaddy? where do u get most of your visitors is is SE's? do you spend anything on advertising? Also i would like to know the reserve. I assume u will help with setup if there are any issues? Once questions are answered I bid $110.

3. We have done no paid ads.
4. Setup help-yes (AD forum also has tons of info).

I really do appreciate all offers and presume the bid by xboxundone at $110 is now the high offer.


Just a side note, the SEO done on site was very minimal, I posted in some forums and concentrated on getting quality articles rather than have a huge database of "crap". This is why the roughly 30 mins a day (sometimes less) to sort the good articles from the bad. I'm happy to answer any questions here.

Hi westhaven, I do want to see the overall value of the site and domain name, plus this will be the 1st site we have sold in this manner. I know it can be frustrating bidding on something and dickering back and forth. I'm pleased with the results so far, I think personally the site does have great potential.

Is this site, i.e. articleaddict.com, hooked up to any of the automatic submission sites such as submitarticles.com?

 

We subscribe to only "one" submission service and that sign-up was about a month ago. All articles received either from submission service or individual author are read and checked for quality.
